🚗 For car owners
Get a price for a part
- 1Open Find Parts.
- 2Enter your vehicle (make, model, year) and the part you need.
- 3Submit — your enquiry goes straight to a salesman at your nearest branch, who'll contact you on WhatsApp or phone.
Save your car (My Car)
- 1Open My Car and sign in with your email (we send a 6-digit code).
- 2Add your vehicle once — next time your details fill in automatically.
- 3Track every enquiry and its status under My inquiries.
Find a trusted workshop
- 1Open Find a Workshop and tap Find workshops near me.
- 2Pick a verified workshop (look for the ✓ Verified and 🛡 RMI badges).
- 3Tap Request a quote or message them directly on WhatsApp.
🔧 For workshops & trade buyers
Register your workshop
- 1Open the Workshop Portal and sign in with your email.
- 2Complete your business profile, upload your RMI / CK documents, and pin your location so nearby drivers can find you.
- 3Head office reviews and verifies you — then you appear in the directory with a ✓ Verified badge.
Order parts from a branch
- 1In the portal, choose a branch and (optionally) your preferred salesman.
- 2Describe the part(s) and send — you're connected directly on WhatsApp and the order is tracked.
- 3Watch status live under My parts orders.
Customer requests & trade rewards
- 1Drivers who find you send requests that appear live in your portal — tap to Call or WhatsApp them.
- 2Your trade discount grows with your lifetime purchases (Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum → Elite).
👨🔧 For branch staff
When an enquiry comes in
- 1You receive a WhatsApp with the enquiry details.
- 2Tap Accept (or reply ACCEPT) to take it — within 5 minutes, or it's reassigned.
- 3Contact the customer straight away using the Call / WhatsApp buttons.
Your dashboard
- 1Sign in at the Staff Portal.
- 2The Live response monitor shows your branch's un-accepted leads in real time.
- 3Update status (quote sent, sold, etc.) as you go.
