Save your car (My Car)

  1. 1Open My Car and sign in with your email (we send a 6-digit code).
  2. 2Add your vehicle once β€” next time your details fill in automatically.
  3. 3Track every enquiry and its status under My inquiries.

Find a trusted workshop

  1. 1Open Find a Workshop and tap Find workshops near me.
  2. 2Pick a verified workshop (look for the βœ“ Verified and πŸ›‘ RMI badges).
  3. 3Tap Request a quote or message them directly on WhatsApp.

Register your workshop

  1. 1Open the Workshop Portal and sign in with your email.
  2. 2Complete your business profile, upload your RMI / CK documents, and pin your location so nearby drivers can find you.
  3. 3Head office reviews and verifies you β€” then you appear in the directory with a βœ“ Verified badge.

Order parts from a branch

  1. 1In the portal, choose a branch and (optionally) your preferred salesman.
  2. 2Describe the part(s) and send β€” you're connected directly on WhatsApp and the order is tracked.
  3. 3Watch status live under My parts orders.

Customer requests & trade rewards

  1. 1Drivers who find you send requests that appear live in your portal β€” tap to Call or WhatsApp them.
  2. 2Your trade discount grows with your lifetime purchases (Bronze β†’ Silver β†’ Gold β†’ Platinum β†’ Elite).

When an enquiry comes in

Your dashboard
