• Customers: your name, phone/WhatsApp, email, location, and vehicle details (make, model, year, VIN, registration).
• Businesses / workshops: business name, contact person, phone/WhatsApp, email, address, RMI number and company registration (CK) number.
• Your enquiries, orders and delivery records.

3. Why we use it

• To handle your parts enquiry and route it to your nearest branch and a consultant.
• To arrange and track delivery or collection.
• For registered businesses: to list verified workshops so customers can find them and request quotes.
• With your consent, to send you relevant offers (e.g. for your vehicle). You can opt out anytime.

4. Consent (POPIA)

By registering and submitting your information, you consent to us processing it for the purposes above, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Businesses additionally consent to their business details being shown in our customer-facing workshop directory. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Sharing

Your information is shared only with the relevant branch/consultant to serve your request. Verified business directory details are shown to customers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Customer and business records are visible internally to head office only.

6. Storage & security

Data is stored securely with access controls (row-level security). We take reasonable measures to protect it.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and withdraw consent or opt out of marketing — email order1kap@gmail.com.

8. Final fitment & pricing

Stock, price and fitment shown or discussed are indicative and are always confirmed by our sales consultant before purchase.
