How payment works
Under R1,000
Orders under R1,000 — pay by card machine on delivery (at your door).
R1,000 and over
Orders of R1,000 and over — secure EFT upfront; delivery starts once payment is received and approved.
🔒 The R1,000 rule is for security — it protects both our customers and our drivers from carrying large cash/card amounts on the road.

- 2Pay the quotation by EFT and send your proof of payment.
- 3Once payment is confirmed, get a quick quote and book The Courier Guy yourself.
- 4Use the branch's collection details (below) as the pickup address — the courier collects and delivers to your door anywhere in SA.
🔒 We recommend you book the courier yourself. When the seller books on a customer's behalf, collection/delivery details often get mixed up along the way — booking it directly keeps everything accurate and easy to track.
