Once your order is dispatched, your branch sends you live updates on WhatsApp.

For customers

  1. 1Order placed. Request your part and choose delivery with your nearest branch.
  2. 2Dispatched. You get a WhatsApp message when your parcel leaves on the next trip (10:00 / 13:00 / 15:00).
  3. 3On the way. A WhatsApp update with the estimated arrival time.
  4. 4Delivered. Pay by card on delivery, or by EFT before dispatch.
